We are one of the largest manufacturers of letterboxes in Australia, and one of only a few that are quality assured. Choosing from our large range of models, our team can help you find a suitable design for a residential property through to a large-scale commercial project.

MailSafe has been manufacturing quality mail solutions since 1972. This makes MailSafe the longest running business arm of Help Manufacturing. To ensure a quality product and service, our mailboxes are all fully manufactured and powder coated in-house by our expert staff in our Eagle Farm facility.

The MSF is our best-selling commercial mailbox, chances are you’ve seen them on a project before. Our original A4 letterbox is a cost-effective solution to suit most applications from multi-bank commercial letterboxes through to individual boxes.

We work with businesses, property developers, architects, and councils to provide premium products that are built to last and designed to your specifications.

Featuring a 2mm surround frame with the external rivets and screws counter-sunk for safety and appearance, this model is perfect for streamlined design installations.

Compact MSF Mailbox

Based off our best-selling MSF, this compact model was developed for applications with specific size requirements. Ideal for student accommodation, business centres, and pigeon holes, it provides functional use of space without sacrificing quality.

All of our letterbox options are designed to scale depending on project requirements. See our sizing chart below for recommended numbers of mailboxes to fit your intended application.

The Compact MSF mailboxes fit a standard envelope (DL) without folding.

APR Mailbox

For builders, architects, councils, and other customers seeking a high-quality finish and market leading security standards. The APR range is our premium A4 letterbox, manufactured to provide the highest security on offer.

Offering a 30mm mail slot and dimensions large enough to receive A4 mail without folding, the APR is the perfect solution for residential apartment mailboxes or strata mailboxes, optional body corporate mailboxes are also available.

This model was developed to combat theft with a robust design, featuring a 20mm surround frame, recessed doors, and shortened lock-tongues.

Keep your parcels safe with our secure, lockable Parcel Box. Feel at ease knowing your parcels are locked away from public view, only accessible through a locked recessed door.

The Parcel Box is a great option for reception areas with high volume deliveries.

Designed to receive parcels as large as a shoebox without sacrificing the sleek design and a powder coated aluminium finish, the Parcel Box is a durable, stylish, and convenient parcel solution.
